Thank you Maximum Pools y'all did a great job on building our pool, we absolutely love it! Can't think of one negative thing to say about our pool build experience, each person we dealt with thru the entire build process was beyond professional and very friendly.
We love that you are a family based business who truly cares about your customers, you always kept us informed every step of the way and have been extremely helpful in answering questions, even after the completion of the pool. We highly recommend y'all, and will continue to refer you out to anyone looking to build a pool and or spa!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Maximum Pools and Spas, and are beyond pleased with the experience. From start to finish, Josh was an exceptional point of contact. He was communicative, keeping us in the loop at every stage of the process, and his transparency and honesty were reassuring. The team delivered exactly what was promised, right on schedule. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail have transformed our pool, exceeding our expectations. We highly recommend Maximum Pools and Spas.

Maximum Pools did an unbelievable job on our pool design and install. We had a problematic lot (steep grade with solid rock) and a small space for the install but the process was painless, on-budget, and on-time. Broc and Caleb created a pool that the family absolutely loves. Travis, the pool engineer, and his team were first rate. Great communication, always on-time and professional, and cleaned up at the end of each day of the install. Josh did a great job educating us on the equipment and proper pool management and care. Six months later and it still looks as new as the first time we swam in it. We got quotes from a few other pool companies, including the high end San Antonio option, and we are so happy we chose Maximum Pools. Their pricing was the most competitive and reasonable of all the companies we considered. I highly endorse their workmanship and professionalism. Neighbors routinely stop by to ask about our pool installer because it was built so beautifully and adds so much value to our home.

Maximum Pools did a phenomenal job completing our fiberglass pool installation. We recently moved to TX and found ourselves with a pretty small backyard and we just weren't sure what to do with it. Luckily, Maximum Pools found a way to make it fun for our family of six. The install was ahead of schedule and they work efficiently. Service is top notch. I had to call them for help draining the pool after a weeks worth of rain and after walking me through everything they found that the team forgot to install the drain spigot. They had a team come out and complete the work within a few days. They truly stand by their work and it shows. I would highly recommend Maximum Pools!

They did a great job installing and servicing our pool. They always responded professionally to the challenges brought on by our environment (slope of the land, layer after layer of rock during the dig, and additional scope of concrete needed to accommodate our terrain).

We are very happy with the service Maximum Pools provided us. They were two weeks early on the original Dig Day and finished a month early. We were so excited to have the pool done by summer. We absolutely love our pool and would recommend them to family and friends.

Wow! Great group of employees here. Very understanding to my thousands of questions and phone calls. Pool was built in a blink of an eye. Quality, service, and communication were top notch!

Made a down payment. Pool was never done. Brock (the owner) said that he was waiting for his license to renew until eventually I had to move on as I was on a deadline for this home and it had already been months since the project was suppose to have been started. I never actually got any alerts that his license was renewed and it’s been 10 months. I’ve called, emailed, and texted for the down payment to be returned. I’ve emailed and spoken to his assistant Kayla several times. I have been extremely patient but the communication from this company regarding the return of my down payment has been horrid. I don’t like writing negative reviews for a company but when it’s warranted and there is no other avenue, it’s important for others to know so they don’t fall in the same situation. I really liked Brock when I met with him during the initial meeting and I was looking forward to getting a pool done with this company in the future, but now I have to go through small claims court to retrieve this down payment. So unprofessional!
